Recipes: Greek Cheese Omelet
3 servings, 20 minutes cooking time!

Ingredients:

  • 5 tb sp."ELEA" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 130 gram. grated cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tb sp. milk
  • A little salt
  • A little pepper

Preparation:

  1. Break the eggs in a large, deep bowl.
  2. Add salt, pepper, milk and beat lightly with a fork.
  3. Add grated cheese. Meanwhile bring the olive oil to cooking level.
  4. Now remove from the heat and add the beaten eggs. Stir briefly with a fork, shake the pan lightly to spread the omelet.
  5. Let the egg fry until it becomes thick, fold the omelet in half and serve on a large dish.
